- What type of data do we collect?
We collect and process the data that you have shared with us during our communication (for example, the data you share to sign up to our website www.fnc.tv (further in the text the “Website”). That data is Your e-mail address and name.
We collect and process that data only after we receive Your special and explicit consent, because sharing that data with us is necessary to sign up to the FNC.TV platform and receive notifications about the FNC.TV service.

We process your data only after we receive Your consent. Before processing your personal data, we will specifically ask you for Your explicit consent to do that. After that, You can revoke your consent at any time, request the right to access the data, the right to data transfer and the right to data correction by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to the headquarters of FIGHT OF NATIONS LTD.
If you revoke your consent, that does not affect the legality of the data processing before you revoked your consent. When we require personal data from you to meet our legal or contractual obligations, the use of such data is mandatory. That means if we do not receive the personal data from You for such purposes, we will not be able to fulfill our contractual or our legal obligations. Only a limited number of employees (for example, the employees of FIGHT OF NATIONS LTD., the FNC.TV streaming department) have access to your personal data used in our platform and only when necessary. Employees of FIGHT OF NATIONS LTD. are obliged to always keep the data confidentiality and follow the data protection rules.

FIGHT OF NATIONS LTD. endeavors to select any third party service provider with due care and require (contractually or otherwise) from each service provider to maintain the technical and organisational safeguards to preserve data security, and process the data exclusively according to the instructions they receive. Service providers have the right to have subcontractors and transfer data to such subcontractors if needed for the purpose of the provision of services, but only under the condition that they also comply with the same obligations of keeping the data confidentiality and data protection as service providers.

- How long do we keep Your personal data and how do we protect it
The grounds for the processing your personal data that you provided to sign up as a FNC.TV service user and to receive the notifications of FNC.TV services is Your consent, and we will process this data only as long as we need it to achieve that purpose, but not longer than 4 years, unless you restrict or deny your consent before the expiry of that period. In such case we will cease to process the personal data to which this revocation relates to unless we will be legally obliged to process that personal data and/or to exercise our legitimate rights (including the other parties’ legal rights).
We will keep your personal data on our secured servers.
Unfortunately, the transmission of data over the Internet cannot be completely secured. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot completely guarantee the security of the data transmitted to our WebSite; any data transmission is at your own risk. However, after we receive your personal data, we will use strictly controlled procedures and security measures to prevent a possible unauthorized access.
- Children's Privacy
FNC.TV does not knowingly collect personal information of persons under 16 years of age through its Website. If parents or guardians become aware that their children have shared their personal data, they should inform us immediately. If we notice that personal data has been transferred by a person under the age of 16, FNC.TV will immediately destroy that data on our servers.
